MG Red Shift Engine Flush is a premium engine flush that effectively removes carbon deposits, sludge and contaminants from the lubrication system. How it works

The cleaning formulation is added to the old oil just before it is drained. While the engine idles, detergent and dispersant components circulate with the oil through the entire lubrication system – oil galleries, hydraulic lifters, piston ring grooves, the oil pump pickup – dissolving deposits and suspending them in the old oil. Everything then leaves the engine together with the drained oil and the old filter.

Because the flush works during a short idle period at operating temperature, it cleans exactly where oil actually flows – without dismantling anything. The formulation is additionally enriched with MG Red Shift lubrication technology: while the detergents work, the lubricating components protect friction surfaces against micro-wear caused by the temporary thinning of the oil during flushing.

Directions for use

• Add the product to the old oil before the oil change
• Start the engine and let it idle for about 15–20 minutes
• Drain the old oil, replace the oil filter and fill with fresh oil
• Dosage: 500 ml treats up to 10 litres of oil
